* &#x20;Strong verbal communication and narration skills.
* True insider knowledge and neat little secrets that only residents tend to know.
* Ability to memorize and recite facts clearly and accurately
* Passion for learning and willingness to continue to acquire relevant knowledge.
* Basic computer skills, including email and word processing.
* `Each user is only permitted one account/screen name.`&#x20;
* `The email address associated with your account must be correct; we may need to                       contact you if there is a problem with your travel guide.`
